The Evergreen, unlike the HV-1600 does NOT have
automatic insulated doors. It is recommended use is for milder climates,
like in California. If you plan to install the Evergreen in a colder
climate, we HIGHLY recommend, covering the device during the off-season and
winter months. Plastic gravity dampers on the back close when not
in use with an R-6 insulated value.
